                        RCT “Empathy” defends the affected individuals by the legal forms of exercising police authority on        20-21st June of 2019 and represents them both in domestic and international instances.

                        Aforementioned activity, RCT “Empathy” represents the legal interest of civil activist         Giorgi Mumladze and citizen of Georgia – G. C in the European Court of Human Rights.

The complaint of Mr. Mumladze, with regard to grave breaching of the human rights, represented by RCT “Empathy” was admitted by European Court of Human Rights and the case was conceded an appropriate number. The court will begin legal investigation as urgently as possible including the attached documentation and adduced evidence. We would like to inform you, that the European Court of Human Rights is investigating the breaching of Article 3, 6, 13 of European Convention of Human Rights, which implies torture or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, ineffective remedy, breaching of right to a fair trial, adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defense.

            The complaint of G. C, with regard to flagrant breaching of the human rights, represented by RCT “Empathy” was also taken into consideration by European Court of Human Rights and the case was conceded an appropriate number. The court began the first phase of communication, during which phase respondent government is given an opportunity to settle a dispute with agreement according to the notice of criminal violation and ensuring appropriate voluntary compensation. We would like to notify you, that with Gela Chighladze’s case, the court investigates the breaching of Article 3, 6 of European Convention of Human Rights, which implies torture or inhuman or degrading treatment, right to a fair trial, adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defense.

            RCT “Empathy” continues working on given case to ensure European Court of Human Rights with investigation in all aspects and with every necessary document and evidence to enact the truth on this case.
