The press – conference on recommendations for State authorities will be held that includes following:
1. To encourage the Government of Georgia to create an independent investigation mechanism according to the international standards, namely CAT Articles 11 12.
2) To create an independent monitoring body for monitoring of close facilities;
3) To revise new Constitution of Georgia Article 65 that presents restoration of Soviet model of General Prosecutor’s Office.
