Press Release of NGO Empathy regarding Forensic Expertise of Mr. Mikheil Saakashvili, imprisoned third president of Georgia

On August 29 the international experts visited Mr. Saakashvili in Clinic “Vivamedi”, in the framework of the NGO RCT/Empathy’s forensic expertise. The International Forensic expert was invited by the RCT/Empathy.

The forensic expert visited Mr. Saakashvili in his independent capacity by invitation of Empathy. The visit has no relation with UN OHCHR plus he was not staff of OHCHR at the time of visit to Georgia.

2022 წლის 29 აგვისტოს საერთაშორისო ექსპერტები ეწვივნენ ბატონ მიხეილ სააკაშვილს კლინიკა „ვივამედში“, არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაცია ცენტრი „ემპათია“ -ს სასამართლო ექსპერტიზის ფარგლებში.

სასამართლო ექსპერტი ეწვია ბ-ნ. სააკაშვილს  დამოუკიდებელ რანგში,  „ემპათია” -ს მოწვევით. ვიზიტს არავითარი კავშირი არ აქვს გაეროს OHCHR-თან, გარდა ამისა, ის არ იყო OHCHR-ის თანამშრომელი საქართველოში ვიზიტის დროს.
