Non -Governmental Organization RCT ‘’Empathy’’: On the significance of a medical report of RCT ‘’Empathy’’ in the case of Arkania V. Georgia

Another successful case in the European Court of Human Rights – where the complex-commission forensic medical examination report by the NGO RCT ‘’Empathy” appeared to be the decisive evidence. The forensic medical examination report was elaborated in accordance with the internationally recognized principles of the United Nations – Istanbul Protocol.

The abovementioned case comprised two forensic medical reports made by the Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau. Even though the court decision is fully based on the forensic medical report of the NGO RCT ‘’Empathy’’ in the part of ill-treatment.
