Regarding Increased Kidnapping by the Occupation Regime

 Increasing facts of kidnapping and inhuman treatment by the Occupation Regime, especially during the pre-election period, clearly serves to sow fear and nihilism in population, what helps to strengthen  repeatedly explained by us “Stockholm Syndrome”.    

  The mentioned activation is aimed to make negative influence on the investigation led by the International Criminal Court and support the opinion “We Started War” or other conscious harmfulness.

  Unfortunately, the Government lacks an ability to take effective measures and, consequently, RCT/EMPATHY starts public consultations with wide involvement of Non-Governmental Sector, Experts and Students regarding issues of deterring creeping and continuing Russian occupation.
